Our Story

Raptor300 was founded to help customers avoid the onerous capital expenditure and operational challenges of running their own robotic aircraft programs by using our customized services. We provide training and after sales support through annual maintenance contracts.

Natraj demonstrates the rare ability to recognize and realize new business opportunities when markets and technologies are in transition. Since the early 2000s Natraj has founded several tech companies in the USA and emerging markets namely India and the Philippines from the ground up. As a serial entrepreneur, aviator, drone enthusiast and businessman he sees great potential for robotic aircrafts and its applications and has teamed up with some of the best talent in this field.  Prior to moving to the USA, Natraj was commissioned as a pilot officer  in the Indian Air Force, the fourth largest air force in the world with a subspecialty in combat electronic warfare and photo reconnaissance. Natraj is a board member of Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly whose mission, philosophy, programs and activities are focused on alleviating loneliness among elders. He is an alumnus of the Air Force Academy & Harvard Business School.



Matthew Quinn has been working in the public safety sector for over 20 years, including leading frontiers in various UAS markets. Throughout his career he has focused on driving technology and innovation across a variety of commercial and public sector applications. For the past 5 years his primary focus has been unmanned aerial system integration into the commercial market. His operational experience from managing 2,500 plus employees, aeronautical integration platforms and UAS operations is a key component to our large scale operations. Matt grew up on the farmlands in Southwest Michigan. This provides him with in depth first hand experience of crop management in grape vineyards, corn, soybeans, apples, peaches and cherries, which he leverages in his aerial driven approach to agricultural management. Matt is an accomplished pilot and UAS enthusiast. He has currently logged over 500 hours of UAS operations domestically and internationally.



Leveraging 15 years of leading strategic growth and M&A investment across 5 continents, David help firms take advantage of market and geopolitical factors to unlock global growth opportunities. His experience spans both technology and finance sectors. David spent 6 years at McKinsey & Co across New York, Mumbai, Sao Paulo, and Lagos. He focused on advising VC firms and tech companies on growth strategies, in industries such as cybersecurity, geospatial analytics and cloud computing. He also helped McKinsey develop their data analytics strategy practice. Prior to McKinsey, David was a M&A attorney at Skadden Arps, where he advised on the Microsoft-Yahoo JV and various private equity investments. He has extensive emerging market experience, having worked for the UN in Cambodia and Kenya, and an investor at Reliance Capital, a $20B AuM Indian hedge fund. He has a JD-MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Computer Science from Vanderbilt.
